Terms & Conditions

1. Who you're buying from

Crystallized Intelligence SARL-S, 38 Route d'Echternach, 1453 Luxembourg. RCS Luxembourg B303793, VAT LU37288059. Contact: info@crystallized.lu.

2. Products and prices

All shirts are printed on demand from the hand-drawn designs shown. Prices are in euros and include Luxembourg VAT (17%). Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you place the order.

3. Ordering

The order is placed when you complete checkout; we confirm it by email. The contract is concluded in English. We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of obvious pricing errors or suspected abuse.

4. Payment and delivery

Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider Mollie — credit card, iDEAL, Bancontact, Belfius, Pay by Bank and bank transfer. Orders are produced and shipped by our print partner Gelato ASA (Oslo, Norway), which prints at the facility nearest your delivery address; estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery within the European Union.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason — see the Right of Withdrawal page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Legal guarantee of conformity

The statutory two-year guarantee of conformity for consumer goods (Directive (EU) 2019/771, as implemented in Luxembourg law) applies. If a product is faulty or not as described, email us a photo of the problem and we will replace or refund it — you do not need to send it back. This is separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal, which needs no reason but does require you to return the goods at your own cost.

7. Liability

We are liable as provided by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.

8. Dispute resolution

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

9. Governing law

Luxembourg law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
