The short version
This site uses only strictly necessary, first-party cookies. Because none of them are used for tracking, analytics or advertising, no consent banner is required (ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3), strictly-necessary exemption). We'd like to keep it that way.

Our statistics set no cookies
We count page views with Simple Analytics (Simple Analytics B.V., Amsterdam, hosted in the EU). We are listing it here even though it belongs in no cookie table, because this is where you came to look: it sets no cookies and uses no browser storage at all, and it collects no IP address, no visitor identifier and nothing that could follow you to another site. It tells us that a page was read, not who read it. That is why adding it changed nothing above, and why there is still no consent banner to click.
What we don't do
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no third-party analytics cookies.
